Reading list
Begin with the collagen experiment, then follow the collection into topical studies, delivery, hair research and the larger question of aging.
Collagen experiments
The starting point is collagen synthesis in human fibroblast cultures. The tissue-remodeling review and skin-regeneration review expand the subject to the matrix and the clinical skin findings.
Penetration and hair studies
The topical anti-wrinkle review considers the delivery problem. The human skin-penetration experiment measures copper passage and retention in skin outside the body.
For hair, the human trial of a GHK-containing complex and laboratory study of the analogue AHK-Cu concern different compounds and experimental settings.
The gene-data review
The review of GHK and new gene data supplies the broad gene-expression finding. The skin-regeneration review also reports the age-related plasma comparison. I favour putting those observations beside each other while leaving their different outcomes visible.
